On Friday night, at the 2024 HIA-CSR Victorian Housing, Kitchen and Bathroom Awards Ceremony, our Malvern project took home “Best Renovation/Addition Project $500,000 - $750,000”!

It’s a huge honour to be recognised for our commitment to quality design and attention to detail. This project was all about enhancing the space with seamless planning and innovation, and we’re so grateful to have it celebrated on this level! We designed the plans and managed all permits for this stunning four-bedroom Victorian renovation, blending timeless elegance with modern functionality. The original high ceilings and ornate cornices were preserved, while crisp white walls and herringbone oak floors add a sophisticated touch. The heart of the home features a gourmet kitchen and there is an effortless flow to the expansive deck and garden. Spacious bedrooms with plantation shutters and a designer bathroom with terrazzo finishes complete the transformation. The project not only elevated the property’s aesthetic but also contributed to a significant value increase of over $900,000 in just 18 months.
